I’m Sosh Buckle — consultant, strategist, certified project manager, and the founder of MelloRize Consulting.

​Over the past 14+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of learning and development, organizational change, and strategic program management across some of the most demanding industries in the world, SaaS, fintech, higher education, and pharma. I’ve supported 30,000+ learners globally, driven millions in operational efficiencies, led cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives, and held the Chief of Staff seat in a fast-moving fintech organization, reporting directly to the COO and building the systems that keep complex operations running.
In short: I know how to execute at a high level under real pressure.
